Sichuan
Sichuan Province, abbreviated as “Sichuan” or “Shu”, is the birthplace of Chinese Taoism, the birthplace of the ancient Shu civilization, and the place where the world's earliest banknote “Jiaodi” appeared. It is located in the interior of southwest China, on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, and is known as the “Land of Heavenly Capital”. The provincial capital is Chengdu. Sichuan's salt culture and wine culture have a long history; the Three Kingdoms culture, the Red Army culture and the Ba culture are brilliant.
