• To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your experience starts.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your experience starts, your payment will not be refunded.

• Any changes made within 24 hours of your experience start time will not be accepted.

• Deadline is based on Beijing time in China
